Diu Airport, stationed at Nagoa provides Diu air connectivity with rest of the country. Set up during the Portuguese supremacy itself, Diu Airport is today administered by the Airports Authority of India. The only airline catering service at this air base is the Jet Airways that run direct flights to Mumbai and Porbandar. The flight between Diu and Mumbai plies everyday with an exception of Saturday.

By Rail

Diu Island doesn’t own a railway station. Even though the nearest train hub is located at Una placed just 12 kilometers from Diu town. The Una Railway Station is linked with some of the major cities of the state of Gujarat including Veraval, Junagadh, Delvada, etc. via a number to passenger trains plying on this route. Veraval is the closest major railway junction from Diu which is situated at the distance of nearly 90 kilometers from here. Veraval Railway Station is directly connected with a number of important destinations of Gujarat and other states including Somnath, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Jabalpur, Pune, Trivandrum, and many more.

By Road

Diu is annexed with the mainland Gujarat through Ghoghla which connects Diu with a small town named Una. Several state transport buses, both general as well as sleeper, run on the Diu Ahmedabad route which takes about 10 hours to cover the distance between the two. Diu is located about 90 km from Veraval, 120 Km from Sasangir, 175 Km from Palitana, 185 Km from Junagadh, 215 Km from Bhavnagar, 230 Km from Porbandar, 295 Km from Rajkot, 332 Km from Dwarka, 373 Km from Ahmedabad, 393 km from Vadodara and 819 km from Mumbai. The main Bus station of Diu is Jethibai Bus Terminus.
